Why weren't they given a time to clear away or be cleared?

All I see is a police force unable to enforce law and order or unwilling to enforce it. This is happening all over America. The left has been given a green light to use violence and intimidation to control the American people.

They did. Just took forever.

Police riot teams and Natl Guard were staged about 1.5 blocks away but they have to mobilize and move on site.

However, reponse was kind of slow.

The main gate was locked for a period of time.
