Women are pretty low on the stack, actually. They're only above men, and even then race and sexuality come into whether or not they get a voice. That's part of why the "Karen" mentality exists: to run cover for how low they actually are on the totem pole. (All of which is hilarious to me, because that's like the pivot of their support and without it they'd crumble like the Whigs, but they've worked themselves into such an intersectional tizzy that they can't even see it anymore.)

And if they don't pretend to be oppressed, then they have no place in the stack at all. Which directly impacts your ability to get actual tangible benefits, like money for college and lucrative seats on diversity boards.
