This stuff is unsat, and these guys need to be rounded up and arrested the next time. You cannot leave it up to the citizenry to deal with this stuff. They are arresting US not them...

This is the problem. Arrest those that break the law. The laws were written for a reason. To protect Americans....if you don't want to arrest them then you do not want to protect Americans.
