Here in Houston Judge Lina Hidalgo just invoked mandatory masks for all employees and customers of every business. The fine is $1,000 per incident -- so yes, businesses will be enforcing this.

AS SHE WAS explaining her actions, she said it was important "that we educated people" about the need for masks.

Condescension level 5000!!!

I am seething...
