Then they would reconstruct this whole "Basement Biden" scenario to draw in new voters or at least new viewers. They could show (SLOW JOE) with his team of "experts" in his Underground Basement Laboratory/Campaign Headquarters, with all of this high tech computer equipment and election gadgetry. They could show him (SLOW JOE) setting up meetings with community leaders, helping speech writers, doing media and social interviews, and him (SLOW JOE) being the man in charge of this high intensity Presidential Campaign.
