It's becoming the US culture, and each year it will get worse. It's pretty much unavoidable now without some monumental change.

That's their culture.

For the past few decades, America's prevailing culture has originated in the black ghetto: hip-hop, slang, drug culture, fashions, and so on. We're paying for it now in terms of crime and a population of weak-minded white people who can't see how grim their future and children's future will be if this continues.

My friend has a step-son and these zoomers act more black than white. They worship soundcloud rappers, xanax, and having colorful wardrobes of overexpensive Nikes. When I was in high school the kids were still cringe and like bad metal (emo/hardcore type stuff, I love actual metal), but the culture behind it was still undeniably white.

It's not just a case of "kids these days", their main source of culture being pushed on them is face tattoos and dumb hood shit.

Yes it's disgusting and that "culture" is jammed in my and my children's faces every single day. Every damn song is rap song now. (I'm also a metal head). My 6 year old loves Fortnite, of course, and a couple months ago they had a shitty, shirtless, garbage prison tat covered rapping THUG absolutely forced into everyone in the game. And now I have to continuously tell him that that guy is NOT a role model.

Say that is the guy that will lose. If your kid is a gamer, and has even the slightest competitive streak then, eventually that will rear its head.

Ask them would they want to be the ones that used the stuff or own the stuff.

My grandfather did similar thought exercises with me while growing up, and that helped me a great deal.

I would advise incorporating things like that. Treat a person individually and they will think individually, but treat a person another way and they will be that way unless they have a change of heart.

Not all of us are like that.

My friends and I like rock and metal—some 80s, some modern—and have shoes for purposes.

Of course, most of them are Boy Scouts or attended a Catholic school near a military base, so, y'know.

Sadly Western Civilization is dying, it'll be a little while yet but there is almost nothing stopping it. Nothing short of a real war, honestly.

The corruption started in the 90's with the gangsta rap phenomenon. If you look today, a lot of kids act and talk like black gang members.

The culture that is revered by kids from music, to clothing, to language, to behavior. The good kids, or the achievers, are shamed for not being part of the crew. High scores are ridiculed with a host of insults to accompany them.

It's a vortex of ignorance that sucks everyone around them in.

Don't listen to Christian rock or blues, listen to this guy with tattoos all over his face rhyming about promiscuity, disrespect for women, and using the N word like a punctuation mark.

Drugs, money, bling, women, it's all that matters. And all of them are disposable and transient.

Should I respect the culture of thieves? Or mobsters? Terrorists? Serial killers?

Serial killers at least have a work ethic which is more than you can say for most thug life ghetto trash.

Culture itself isn't something that's above criticism. Culture needs to be critiqued, it's flaws identified and addressed, and if need be, condemned, like anything else.
