Or they just knew they could pawn them for weed money and Nikes and the school would just replace them for free, which just happened to benefit the seller and the teachers were too big of cowards to stop them and just like the students, knew Johnny Taxpayer would foot the bill. Occams Razor and all that

This is happening in every school in the nation. Laptops and/or ipads are some kind of "student right" now. It's because too many conservatives were smart enough not to let kids have their own internet access, and interacting with their kids was making the brainwashing harder. So under the guise of 'helping the poor minorities have access to this critical technology' every kid has access to social media brain washing 24/7.

There must be a skim happening between the school board and the computer vendor.

Everyone gets a copy of a book and the author has the same last name as the superintendent.

K-12 IT guy for 15 years chiming in here - Technology has added to the RUIN of education. It's not longer a tool, it's a crutch. A force fed crutch. Some teachers love it and are great with it. Good for them. Others fumble through it cause you know, some people just don't tech well.

But it doesn't matter. If they're not writing it into their lesson plans for shoving it down kids throats then they're "not teaching right."

Education is convinced that you need tech to teach now. It's a lost cause.
