Close relative was physically attacked when teaching at a school like this. Concussion, paid leave, panic attacks every time we'd drive by the area. Multiple teachers assaulted every year at that school with a Phd. principal and multiple vice principles rotating through. Rooms locked up with expensive supplies and equipment where school district money went to die. Administrators there to serve their time in the trenches and get paid to go on district paid training for more than half the year. Crack babies and special needs kids thrown into what amounted to gladiator arenas in their classes, with no information nor resources given to teachers.

It is enough to make you want to end welfare.
