It has nothing to do with race in the sense that it has nothing to do with the melanin content of their skin. It definitely has something to do with their race in the sense that sub-Saharan Africans have an average IQ or 70-80, while African-Americans have an average IQ of 85, which is about 2 points higher than the cut-off for not being allowed in the military because you pretty much can’t teach anything of importance to someone with an IQ of 83 or lower. Their culture is similar all over the world, no matter where they go or who they live amongst, because it’s literally the best they can collectively do with an average IQ that low. Saying it has nothing to do with race in disingenuous and a lie. Stop trying to get the pat on the head and avoid the truth because you’re afraid of being called a racist. They already think you’re a racist and will call you that no matter what.
