Because the millions number was so far off I do think they did manage to fuck with the projected figures turning up in person in some way. By far the best way to play this in my view is the way this guy points out.
If they are gloating about messing with the figures then their holy grail of mail in voting definitely needs to go and this needs shouted from the rooftops.
