Go sand some asbestos without the right mask. Breath some mustard gas without the right mask. Or he’ll go sand some wood without a basic mask and look at all those wood buggers. Masks work, at least the right ones for the right application.

The point of masks is to protect the mask wearer from spreading germs through the surrounding space. Most basic masks do in fact do this. So yes they work to stop the mask wearer from spreading viruses, they’re not meant to protect the mask wearer from breathing the virus in....... It would work just the same for the flu.

I’m not trying to make a statement about virus. Just that mask do work but it’s the opposite way then people here seem to think.

Masks contain germs to the wearer, not stop the wearer from contracting germs in the open. Same principle as sneezing in elbow vs hand.
