That's funny, I was just looking at aposematism of my own accord and thinking how it emerges in these left leaning types.
There seems to be a link between the end of history illusion and aposematism. If you choose to modify yourself under the assumption your tastes will not change, this indicates to others through said modifications an inability to understand change over time as well as the concept of growth/degeneration. If you are unable to consider how your mode of life could be slowly degrading your soul/self and how continuing along that path will be a great detriment to others around you, there would be selective pressures to promote indicators for this sort of self-destructive behavior (which is a result of undesirable differences in neurological structures, ie. Prefrontal cortex?) to better prime others when they are deciding on whom they will continue the species with. These indicators are exhibited in a tendency to modify oneself against objective beauty standards that are defined by nature. Thus, we see our SJW version of aposematism.
With this in mind, it's interesting to consider the Japanese take on tattoos, where at one point in history they began marking tattoos on their criminals. The shame and stigma continues today, as seen in onsen rules and the Yakuza. If you are not a criminal, it is frowned upon to get one. It is a cultural element that dissuades actions based on emotion and promoting long-term planning.
The above is merely a rambling hypothesis. I have a tattoo I got when I was 20. I still like it, but I certainly wouldn't get the same tattoo now, as my tastes have changed. I could say that my brain wasn't fully developed at the time, not understanding the implications etc
But perhaps it's an indication of an inability to perceive myself in the future and how I will change, arguably an undesirable trait.
I could also say that those who have modifications and keep them despite regrets or change in taste are willing to live with their mistakes, which is an arguably admirable trait.

Nowadays, you see the same ugly people with they exact same stencil like tattoos randomly placed around their fat and pasty body parts. I believe it’s some sort of natural selection mechanism. These people, for the most part, appear to be degenerates. Their minds are consumed with evil and embrace the lowest common denomination of humanity. These people reject all aspects of their past, probably because they hate their parents.

Judging by the book on top called “The Fat Studies Reader” I highly doubt it glancing at a quick plot synopses. Haven’t checked the others, but your comment is indicative of how our side thinks. We know they’re probably not great people, but at first glance, we give them the benefit of the doubt until we learn more. We’re not the prejudiced, racist, discriminatory folks they make us out to be, but when they’re wrong, they’re wrong and it’s ok to avoid, debate or simply dislike people who fall into this category. We can try to convince them, pray for them, or whatever, but we shouldn’t condone their degeneracy as acceptable ever.
