I laughed but the premise of this meme is flawed. We should no longer seek to reason with these people, there is no hope of finding common ground. We can point out their lack of consistent reasoning all we want and it won't make a difference, they aren't interested in playing fair and we shouldn't be either. Win at any cost should be our motto.

but it's also true. The thing you're ignoring is that many people seem to think that the left is just misled and stupid. let's dispel the notion that the left doesn't know what they're doing. They know exactly what they're doing..

the average Democrat voter is not being misled. He is the one doing the misleadingg

and that's what more people have to understand. The average Democrat voter is corrupt. They will say and do anything for power. They will lie about anything to get power. The only constant with all of them is that they want political po

you must realize that you are not dealing with people you are stupid. you are not dealing with people who are misled. you are dealing with evil people trying to lie to YOU

that's why they seem hypocritical. Because it's not about that for them. They will lie to you. The average Democrat voter knows he is lying. That's why they get so upset when you call them out..

Spot On 100%. I couldn't have said it better myself.

10
Nolivesmatter 10 points ago +11 / -1

Agree, there is no reasoning with the radical left.

However we can use their own tactics against them to exploit their extremism and awakening lefties along the way.

E.g we could advocate for Friends to be banned for it's homophobia and constant gay jokes.

It's a blue pilled show that Gen Y lefty females adore, getting the show banned and removed would shift their opinions closer to the right and make them think twice about censorship.

4
EpicPede 4 points ago +4 / -0

No you can't perpetuate their nonsense to beat it. It won't change their minds it will only validate their opinions.

4
Nolivesmatter 4 points ago +5 / -1

Disagree,

A lot of people don't realize the impact of their actions until it bonks them on the head.

Take their beloved 'Friends' away and they won't be happy.

7
SordidPontification 7 points ago +7 / -0

A lot of people don't realize the impact of their actions until it bonks them on the head.

Exactly why the so-called "autonomous zone" is such a huge red pill offered only in a suppository form factor.

4
agile_a 4 points ago +7 / -3

yes you can. you can absolutely use their tactics to beat them. I'm tired of these stupid neocon Republicans who hate the idea of winning

"we cant do that! thats what DEMOCRATS do! u dont wanna ein if democrats do it!""

talk to any decorated military general in the US or any army. there's not a single country's policy where the military refuses to use a strategy that works simply because their enemies also use that strategyy

that's fucking stupid. any military general would laugh at your face and you would be immediately discharged from the military for even suggesting it

you don't want to use a tactic because the other guy also uses that tactic. what nonsense is that? you blatantly and purposely refuse to use strategies that work simply because Democrats use strategies that work..

that's fucking stupid. And for the rest of everybody reading. you guys need to make a choice. Who are you going to trust?

are you going to listen to the political advice of the establishment Neil cons like him who have a track record of 40 years of failure and accomplishing nothing for the conservative movement? or are you going to listen to the political advice of the newer groups of conservatives who managed to do more in two years than the old guys could do in 40??

personally I'm going to trust the guys with a track record of success over the guys with a track record of failure. The guy was telling you not to adopt strategies that work are the same ones who have a track record of 40 years of failure..

if you want failure maybe you should listen to them. If you want to actually win you should probably ignore anything that they say..

Aambrick 5 points ago +5 / -0

It has already been discussed a lot of times, but I will make it short though:

  1. Purging the Education system because that is where they brainwash so many people.

  2. Immigration reform and reversement where applicable.

  3. Cyber security and Hard shelling(there is some different meanings behind it, but the one I am talking about is providing a temporary shell around soft targets until they become hard with the shell still there for added protection).

  4. Securing Energy independence and material independence(its rarely talked about, but does on occasion get brought up).

  5. Getting Space independent.

1
EpicPede 1 point ago +1 / -0

I'm literally advocating for the exact opposite of what standard neocon losers want.

using an opponents strategy makes sense sure. But if the enemies strategy is essentially "kill all conservative values" maybe we shouldn't adopt it.

1
agile_a 1 point ago +1 / -0

you don't have to adopt that. but you can reverse it. kil all liberal values. How about that?

and that's not we were talking about anyway. you arbitrarily added that in. we weren't talking about that. we were talking about things like controlling Facebook and taking control of the media and using the government to shut down communist revolutions..

those are common sense things. If you're not on board with that then you're not on board with americanism

you don't have to be on board with that. but whatever ideology isn't on board with that is not a good idology

You are blaming free speech, but its not the problem. The problem is the lack of humility. I don't mind if people say whatever they want, but when they loose humility and start pretending their twisted view if the only way to go, things get crazy. It goes with the loss of faith of these people. We used to be humble in front of God, but these people now feel they are equal to God. Humility is what makes people with different views able to talk to each other and consider the truth in someone else view.

8
EpicPede 8 points ago +9 / -1

I really hate saying this but free speech is the problem, as long as we allow people into our country that don't share our values and faith.

EpicPede 2 points ago +3 / -1

hell yes

0
agile_a 0 points ago +3 / -3

we don't have enough helicopters for that. we need a more robust system to deal with it..

my thing is that the other guys are right. Free speech and the Free press are the problem. sure in a perfect world everybody would be perfectly rational and the best arguments would win. but a perfect world doesn't exist and you need to realize that you're living in the real world not a fantasy world..

what we need are restrictions. Government enforced restrictions. If an outlet like CNN deliberately lies to the American public there needs to be repercussions. maybe it can be as simple fine. maybe some journalists need to go to jail. whatever it is it needs to happen..

especially when an outlet like CNN or MSNBC or ABC deliberately starts riots and rebellion they need to be repercussions...

when an outlet like Facebook allows blatant hate speech against white people there need to be repercussions. when something like Facebook allows black lives matter groups to organize riots and terrorism they need to be repercussions..

the helicopter method is to small-scale and slow. we need a much bigger and quick solution..

but it needs to happe

3
baguettebiencuite 3 points ago +4 / -1

Yeah, we might just be talking about free speech based on different definitions. We need to enforce a common ground on which only peaceful criticism is allowed. This must be strongly enforced. I just want to be cautious. So many times in history, trying to fix something broken we ended up going too far in the other direction. Lets be very hard on those who consider that violence is OK, and let the others having to be very careful about what they say (Marx books should be banned for example, as it's a straight call for violence without any sort of moderation).

baguettebiencuite 1 point ago +3 / -2

I didn't say the opposite, just to be clear. I am only pointing out the fact that it sounded like wanting to reform the 1st amendment, which doesn't sound like a good idea to me.

1
Trumpington_DC 1 point ago +3 / -2

There is only one definition of free speech. We don’t ban books in this country.

1
baguettebiencuite 1 point ago +2 / -1

Callings to mass killing cannot be treated as regular ideas, unless you don't really care for the consequences (which is a civilization choice, but not the one I would make). I don't think this kind of idea is any different wether it's spread by talking in the street or by writting it on paper.

Censorship is an effective way to kill an ideology. If you don't want to kill marxism you should get ready to fight it forever.

-1
EpicPede -1 points ago +1 / -2

-1
agile_a -1 points ago +2 / -3

that is the etiology of a loser. you would prefer to lose gracefully than win by any means necessary. That makes you useless for our country. That makes you worse than useless. you are aiding and abetting the enemy because of some made-up set of rule you made up for yourself that nobody else agrees with

agile_a 0 points ago +2 / -2

good. go far in the other direction. it's a pendulum. it's always going to swing too far. The good news is it always ends up swinging back.

the reality of the pendulum it's only a very small minority of the time that it's ever in the center. The majority of the time the is off far to one side or the other

the only time it brings balance is when it finally starts swinging back in the other direction. Republicans need to stop being scared of it swinging in the other direction..

stop trying to be cautious about going too far. it's going to go too far. That's the natural cycle of things. And that's okay. It will go too far and then it will go back. stop trying to stop the pendulum..

4
Snarfbot 4 points ago +4 / -0

Wow this is the state of the world succinctly put pede

11
EpicPede 11 points ago +11 / -0

Of course it hasn't been working. Nothing has been working. We are way past halfway down the slippery slope, and standard conservatism offers nothing to slow the pace of slippage!

0
agile_a 0 points ago +1 / -1

standard conservatism isn't meant to actually work. it's meant to create a fake alternative to lul anti Democrats into complacency. making them think that they're voting for the opposite when in reality they're not voting for anything at all..

standard conservatism is not the alternative to the Democrat Party. Tucker Carlson said it best. what possible reason could you have for voting for Republicans other than to protect you from the Democrats? The Republican party doesn't really offer you anything else. unless you're just really dead set on giving hedge fund managers a tax cutt

but the average American is not. The Republican party is so corrupt patriotically bankrupt that the only possible reason you would even vote for them is on the promise that they would protect you from the Democrats fascism. but they don't even do that. They don't. They pretend to. but at the end of the day they help them..

there has never been an actual example of the Republican Party putting a stop to something Democrats were doing..

standard conservatism has no solutions. It tells you to sit back and just hope everything works out

that's stupid. those people are stupid. we need a new set of ideology that can actually offer solutions.

This. Just troll them and make tbem act more and more crazy so that they drive away people capable of thought. Actually attempting to argue with them in good faith is a waste of your time; it's like trying to have a reasonable argument with a child.

0
agile_a 0 points ago +1 / -1

but that doesn't work. letting them say whatever they want doesn't work. They just push the overton window further and further left until the crazy things they're saying are considered normal..

it doesn't drive normal people awaytt

1
YuriBezmenov 1 point ago +1 / -0

You think so? I think the normal people are the ones watching them go crazy; and there are maybe a small number of the leftists that can eventually see how fucked those people are and change (I think this number is probably super low tbh).

These people are rapidly becoming extremists, most of them are not normal people. It may not seem like it but there is a point these people will reach where the average person not involved will be disgusted and grow to hate them. That point is better reached sooner rather than later, the more gradual the change the more "normal" it seems. If you troll people and they reveal themselves faster and faster people pick up on what's going on.

😂 on one hand I hate where we are as a country, but on the other, it does create huge opportunities for people willing to work hard. I’ve seen so many businesses who go against the grain, or target the “silent majority” and they do very well. I try to look on the bright side if possible, while still being disgusted by what’s ‘acceptable’ these days. If anything good comes out of what’s currently going on, it’s that random people who have a vision and stick to their principles will excel, and those are the people I hope excels. They’ll eventually be targeted on some level for their success, but it’s why we can seize opportunities instead of devolving into chaos (basically CHAZ).

6
YouKnowWhatItIs87 6 points ago +6 / -0

I think of it as a halfway house for people who are aware of modern society's nihilistic materialism, but haven't gone MAGA/tradcon yet.

Brilliant way to describe it. I’m not well versed in the whole “red/blue/black pill” verbiage but from what little I know “black pill” is the quickest way to sum it up. Yeah those folks are on the right path, they just aren’t quite there yet.

6
LostViking1985 6 points ago +7 / -1

Red pill = you know society is shit, but also know how we need to fix it. You embrace family values and nationalism, and reject postmodernism, relativism, and racial/social politics.

Black pill = you know society is shit, and think it's all collapsing without any point/method in stopping it. There is some overlap with Accelerationists who want to accelerate the collapse, so we can rebuild things differently.

Blue pill = i don't know, but it's probably got dyed hair, problem glasses, and a high soy intake.

5
YouKnowWhatItIs87 5 points ago +5 / -0

Thank you for the explanation, that lines up pretty much from what I’d gathered from context, it was the “black pill” mainly that I was unsure of, but from your context figured as much. Makes sense, and although it’s a meme of sorts, it’s a quick way to sum up a particular mindset, and I’ll always jump at the opportunity to try to improve my own brevity. Now, on to figuring out the significance of Pepe the Frog! Have a great evening Pede!

Ethnostates have a lot less strife. No one can claim racism when everyone is of the same race. Ethnostates are more peaceful, and it is not racist to want everyone to have their own, separate homes.

EpicPede 1 point ago +2 / -1

pornography should be illegal and pornographers should be jailed or worse. don't @ me.

7
Chick-fill-eh 7 points ago +12 / -5

No. Flat out no.

That's a parental issue. If your kid finds your stack of porn rags, smut films, whatever, that's the parents fault. Same goes with giving kids full access to the internet. This isn't some new invention - if you don't understand basic computing by now, that's your fault, and you need to learn.

18
footinmouth 18 points ago +20 / -2

Even just "boobs," try it out, goto google, type in "boobs" and 3 clicks you have porn, on twitter, with no age verification.

With "porn" its 2 clicks to hardcore porn video, no verification.

and 1 click for "naked girl."

It is illegal for this content to be given to children. There is no reasonable control to prevent children from getting access to it. Its not the same as buying a magazine or renting a video. There needs to be some online ID, like an ID# + code generator for all content (like liquor sales and such). Its like if an adult video store simply put a sign that said "Take what you want no one under 18."

5
Chick-fill-eh 5 points ago +10 / -5

Correct - because you failed to provide any boundaries on the access you provided.

If you have smut in a drawer and don't lock it, it's one handle pull,

If you have the full cable package, you punch in one number.

Take responsibility. The only way to do what you suggest is to give up anonymity, which I unequivocally oppose. Not quite as hard line as 2a, but almost.

7
footinmouth 7 points ago +9 / -2

You're plan requires every adult in the country to be able to secure administrative rights on every device from smart tvs to phones and computers, to set those administrative controls, maintain up to date black lists for new sites, set up children accounts for all browsers on all phones, prevent installation of 3rd party browsers, to monitor children at public locations with computers (like libraries which don't block porn), and constantly monitor all activity because 1000 new sites are created every day, and to monitor activity on sites that are suppose to not be porn like reddit, youtube, facebook, or twitter.

That's a lot to ask every adult to do. I can not get a magazine, or I can not get porn cable channels. I know that the cable company or adult video store won't give hardcore porn to a 12 year old for free without any age verification.

2
flashersenpai 2 points ago +5 / -3

things are hard for parents, therefore free speech is not important and the government should have more control over you?

-3
EpicPede -3 points ago +1 / -4

yes

1
Necalli 1 point ago +1 / -0

Like the other guy said, this problem cannot be resolved without removing internet anonymity and also violating the freedom to choose that america was founded on. Removing anonymity is unwise, and would be worse for society than children having access to porn. The cure cannot be worse than the condition. Porn also cannot be removed without violating the freedom of speech, and the core fundamental aspect of American society to be free to choose even bad things. It is the liberals who want to limit our freedoms for the "greater good".

Given these two facts being what they are, this is not a battle to fight from the top town. As always it is a battle at the bottom level where the parents need to raise their children properly.

0
Chick-fill-eh 0 points ago +3 / -3

There's literally apps/programs that do this. You don't have to maintain a list because someone else does for $2 a month or whatever. Take control of your devices.

4
footinmouth 4 points ago +5 / -1

You think that, but if you have foster kids that were abused when they are younger it is an insane battle to prevent them from looking up hardcore abusive porn, which is extremely damaging to them. Children will sneak around into everything. You can put every control you can imagine in place, then a friend is visiting and sets down their phone for 5 minutes and you realize that the 11 year old saw them enter their passcode and has been watching rape porn.

0
Chick-fill-eh 0 points ago +2 / -2

They'll search a Thai server instead of an America one (which has your proposed ID checking system), and were right back in the same spot. (except now the gov has the ID of everyone online, and the ability to censor things).

It'll probably end up just like naval vessels - USA/Europe have emissions etc regulations, so nearly vessel is flagged in Panama, Bangladesh, whatever.

Also, fuck catering to the lowest denominator.

Along these lines, I was watching old cartoons with my son for Father's Day, and we saw an episode of Johnny Quest in which Johnny and Hadji said their evening prayers before going to bed -- "God bless Dad and Race and Bandit." It took me by surprise. Then the fact that I found a televised expression of faith so surprising made me a little depressed about how far our society has fallen. No doubt Johnny Quest would be cancelled just for having a character named Hadji, much less showing a smart, handsome, athletic young man engaged in prayer.

It's even shocking back then, when the original Charlie Brown Christmas Special aired on TV Charles Schultz had to fight tooth and nail to keep the speech Linus gives about the true meaning of Christmas because the network didn't want to offend the non-religious. Schultz had to make it a huge plot point in the movie so that the network could not possibly edit it out.

He was also forced to include Franklin(black kid) when it really didn't make sense.

ThePowerOfPrayer 1 point ago +2 / -1

Schultz chose to include Franklin in his cartoon strip, so not sure what you're on about there.

1
EpicPede 1 point ago +1 / -0

he was forced to include him after being bullied by "activists".

0
ThePowerOfPrayer 0 points ago +1 / -1

No, he read a letter from a fan, was moved to create the character, and had to threaten discontinuing the strip altogether to get Franklin approved by the distributor.

We've gotten so far into clown world that the ESRB, MPAA, and PMRC have become the moderate middle ground solution. Granted you can also argue Tipper Gore was the start of the mass censorship movement back in the day but still, in the long run, having a label on a Metallica CD is minor compared to retconning and removing "offensive" media.

Aquamine-Amarine 1 point ago +1 / -0

I agree. Put a rating on the product to let people know the content, if the parents don't like it they won't give it to their kid. But in the end the parents are the ones who need to make sure their kids are viewing appropriate content.

I’m so sick of these people. Politicians are bending over backwards to appease brainwashed teenagers and 20 somethings. I grew out of communism at like 21 years old. It happens, that’s life

Satanic Panic was the MSM attempt to steer the very legitimate concern that Pedophiles and Satanic Cannibals were sacrificing our children.

Everything [we] think we knew about [Bible Thumping Christians] was brainwashing to get us to think they just wanted everything banned - Like Ozzy Osborne and KISS and scary movies etc etc..

The truth is, most of us were asleep, our parents were asleep, and we're only now waking up to the degeneracy seeded into pop culture.

IMO there aren't very many 'gems' worth saving. I find it hard now to watch things with Will Smith or Kevin Spacey or Chris Tucker etc knowing they're all pedophiles.

Marina Abromavich.

You can separate her 'Art' from the Witch?

RiverFenix 1 point ago +1 / -0

If you consider Spirit Cooking to be 'art' in the 21st century, I guess you can draw the equivalence between owning slave labor in a time when the overton window allowed it.

The forefathers, as far as we know, weren't trying to usher in a world where you can rape, murder and eat children though.

I'd rather reject and boycott 'art' if produced by vile beings than accept it as valuable in any way.

Am I the only one here who thinks both 90's shows AND porn are fine? I mean if you want to take parental guidance over your kids and try to prevent them from seeing porn then that's your call but as a general rule both categories should be allowed. And the government should definitely not be regulating them.

I'm kinda kicking myself that i sold all my dvds a few years back, who knows which classic movie or tv series will be next on the chopping block. If gone with the wind is fair game then who knows

2
Sumsuch 2 points ago +2 / -0

The extremely widespread and easy access to pornography is really starting to stand out as tech companies are tightening their control of what else is available online.

I think it's seen as an excellent avenue to attack our society as it is an issue that many people find difficult to talk seriously about.
