AOC has a huge organization behind her with the DSA, she is the poster child for the far-left also and gets donations country wide. Her district also has a larger than average number of far-leftist types that care more about ideology than if AOC is good for their district.

If AOC loses it will be funny, however "the squad" also reminds regular Americans of what the Democrats represent. If she wins, she'll get even more extreme and discredit the Dems even more.

Long term, it might be better for us if bug eyes wins.
