Kind of 1 foot in both generations and I can’t stand the vast majority of us millennials. One who only came in 1/3 the time asked me to write a recommendation letter to some LA PR firm - I got out of it by saying (truly anyway) that I can't do that and the org doesn't do that generally.
One positive note: The last two years was almost the total reversal. Ready to work, Love to get Paid, don't need hand holding, and surprisingly, better on the phone than Millennials, despite being from a generation of total smartphone usage.
