Yea I’d agree with about 91 (I was being generous in my first comment haha). Could be some bias since my fiancée and some cousins are ‘91 and they’re on about the same page as me. Makes sense too, anything before about 91 was kind of that weird generation that grew up both before the internet age and remember what it was like, but also at the start of it and in it, as well

The Millenials I had around 2010-2014 were the worst. I had to teach them the most basic Excel functions. Some could not figure out how to move columns by themselves. Always calling in sick, needing to "feel safe and respected". One who only came in 1/3 the time asked me to write a recommendation letter to some LA PR firm - I got out of it by saying (truly anyway) that I can't do that and the org doesn't do that generally.
One positive note: The last two years was almost the total reversal. Ready to work, Love to get Paid, don't need hand holding, and surprisingly, better on the phone than Millennials, despite being from a generation of total smartphone usage.
Hell. Yes. I graduated in ‘05. The freshmen when I was a senior were fucking fruitcakes. I think 1990, 1991 is around the cutoff
