Trump played him like a fiddle. He would use Bolton’s insane war mongering to bring the other side to the table until a negotiation was made and then Bolton would be pissed he didn’t get his war. Trump did this a couple times with North Korea, China, and Iran. Bolton still doesn’t get he was being used as leverage.

You're missing the point. There is very little -- if anything -- you can invest in with $100 that would make any money. That's not true with $1m.
