Trump played him like a fiddle. He would use Bolton’s insane war mongering to bring the other side to the table until a negotiation was made and then Bolton would be pissed he didn’t get his war. Trump did this a couple times with North Korea, China, and Iran. Bolton still doesn’t get he was being used as leverage.

Guys, what IF we are actually on the verge of true political reform in this country? Could you imagine a USA that wasn’t riddled with corruption as the framers intended?

Corruption is human nature, but it's actually the minority of humans who possess it. This evil, self-serving minority gains power through suppression and manipulation, and while it's power built on illusion, it's power nonetheless.

I've seen this operate on the small scale where a handful of bad people keep everyone ignorant and scared. They were able to hold power because they made sure to always deal with people who were the type who wouldn't stand up for themselves. (A lot of them happened to be recent immigrants, in fact.)

If we re-establish a strong middle class with a strong morality and American values, the corrupt minority will be sunk.
