Youtube now adding helpful "context" blurbs, lest we actually process information independently and come to our own conclusions. The last thing we should have is an electorate exercising critical thinking.
But have no fear. Youtube promises that these context blurbs will have nothing to do with demonitization decisions....
The censorship Is incremental, and it's going to get much worse quickly unless something is done. These people are closing the door on independent thought in the public square. They most certainly do not deserve to have this kind of power over our national discourse. This is a national security issue, and we have always regulated industries critical to national security, usually as "utilities". What's the hold up? It's not like we have a lot of time until the election.
