Yeah there was 2 separate shootings there about 20 minutes apart. Saw the last one live. Check out the shawngui stream. The "security" stole his phone while it was still streaming too.

Not sure, but it looks like this guy takes cover behind some wooden barriers. Um, bullets can easily go through that... it's not like the movies, where bullets don't go through dry wall.
I'm almost certain it's one of the barriers the Mayor put up to support what they're doing. They're concrete with plywood around them so the vagrants can express themselves with art during the summer of love.
