That has to be his bare minimum to get every person that voted for him to vote again. Of course there may be people that dont vote again, due to things such as them losing thier jobs because of the virus etc. But hopefully most people will realize he has been met by a brick wall at every turn.

If he can get even just one extra percentage of each minority group and females, that would be a huge bonus.

I would argue he's done everything he said he'd do. especially build the wall, which is almost completed. Strangely, the virus has meant people crossing the southern boarder has come to a halt. Even draining the swamp, a lot of people from both parties have resigned since he took office.

Now all he has to do is work on getting the economy going again before November.
