I don't believe that. Antifas often have light skin. To start with, there may be cases such as on the one hand Haiti, where the Africans and mulattos first united to massacre all the Europeans, and then the Africans united to butcher all the mulattos, and on the other hand, the Dominican Republic, where similar events took place, but (as I recall) where mulattos took power and more or less became slave owners.
