The education system should have forcibly been dismantled years ago.

So start dismantling it. I don't think that having every single family set up their own home school is a practical solution (outrageously expensive to have that many parents out of the workforce, and in the aggregate, would make conservative/libertarian families economically, and thus politically weak). And traditional private schools are too expensive for most families who are also being forced to financially support public schools (also many private schools aren't much better than public schools when it comes to pushing leftist ideology).

But there's no reason several like-minded families can't band together and have one of them run a home school for all the kids, with one parent as primary instructor/supervisor, and other parents pitching in financially to compensate for that parent being out of the workforce. Other parents with flexible work schedules could also pitch in by covering on days that the primary instructor parent needs to take off. Some state prohibit this, allowing only a child's parent/guardian or someone holding a state teaching license to homeschool, but those laws need to be defied and challenged aggressively.
