Blame the people who recommended Bolton to Trump. Namely Sean Hannity and Mark Levin. Trump's only real mistake in hiring is Jeff Sessions. And he sought to rectify that mistake within a month of Sessions becoming AG. However, people like Tucker Carlson made it impossible for Trump to fire Sessions. Remember, Tucker also initially cheered on the illegal Mueller coup attempt.
