I think he knows his customer demographic well.
He knows black community will not cancel Chick-fil-A just because of its christian stance.
But if he comes out non-supportive of BLM, his company would get cancelled and lose terribly.
It is just a slap in the face of everyone on the right who supported Chick-fil-A when it was under attack.
