It's not the company .. it's the owner.

The folks at the stores are some of the nicest young people I've ever met .. one of the reasons I paid too much for an undersized chix sammich - the other reason being that they stuck to their Christian principals.

Bowing to another man to condescendingly shine his shoes is NOT Christian in any way. Nor is accusing all whites of being rayciss (something something plank in your own eye ...) This is a money grub virtue signal by Danny Cathy - his father is rolling over in his grave.

I feel sorry for the good young folks at CFA who thought they were working for a principled Christian company.

CFA is dead to me.

CFA is dead to me.

Same. And like you say I hate to cut them off because of their awesome employees.

People don’t believe me when I tell them that being served at inner city fast food is a good way to learn about black bias to white people. Even before Obama “unified everyone” it was mild, now moderate to severe.

Totally agree. When restrictions were first lifted here in TX we went to a restaurant and the black manager looked like the happiest guy on earth serving actual in-person seated customers.

We went out to eat last night and same thing. Mostly minority staff, all happy and engaged despite lower capacity seating.

Customer service skills are highly valuable and need to be learned/honed somewhere. Food service is an excellent way to do that. I always look for food service and retail experience when hiring because people who have done that successfully are almost always excellent hires for my customer service positions.

Plus, CFA employees are usually pretty young. They will be moving up to other things as they get older.

I believe there is value in all jobs, even fast food.

It’s mostly high school kids. The college kids become managers.

Just wrote a letter to their Marketing department: >>>>I will start with the questions: Why does your CEO Dan Cathy think that he can lecture others about the way they choose to live their lives ? Have we not stood up for CFA when it was being attacked for its' Christian values ? Uplifted CFA to become a super successful franchise ? My suggestion is simple: CFA is a fast food restaurant, NOT a political pulpit to preach onto others. Stick to what you do, do it better than others. How CFA chooses to operate its' restaurants is none of the consumers business in the same exact way that it is not CFAs' business to tell the consumer how to live their lives. I suggest your CEO keeps his mouth shut or risk alienating the people that made him successful to begin with. As for me, and I'm sure many, many others, I will take my business elsewhere until I clearly see a change in CFAs' public policy. I just feel sorry for all those wonderful franchisees that will loose business because of this.

My dad is a chickfila owner (not of the company, but of a store). We are Christian, gun loving patriots and see BLM for what it is - a political marxist movement / dem money laundering scheme disguised as a race advocacy group. Dan Cathy is not representing the owners out there and it isn't like we got any say in this. I am likewise disgusted by his behavior. His father, Truett, was way more based and would never be a cuck like this.

Then you franchise owners need to take out an ad and explain this .. anonymously, if necessary.

Also, list the franchises and the company stores.

Since most loyal Christian customers don't know which CFA stores are company owned and which are franchises, you are all going to suffer from this silly stunt by Danny Cathy.

They’re all franchises! With the exception of university CFA stores - they are set up differently and don’t even take normal coupons. Even hospital locations are franchised.

Any store owner would face backlash from corporate and likely have their store taken if they were linked to an ad that publicly attacked a corporate stance. I just mean to say that Dan is speaking for people who didn’t elect him, most of which would probably disagree with this publicity stunt. Screw white guilt.

Dan Cathy is using his position and Christian reputation to call all white people racists and guilt them into condescendingly shining the shoes of another equal in God's eyes, simply due to the skin color of both men .. all at the expense of franchise owners who likely don't agree with this stunt.

Pretty much the opposite of Christ's teachings.

To contradict this nonsense from Dan Cathy would be painful .. but would be the proper response.

LDS is not Christian. It is founded on the idea that the Bible got almost everything wrong. It’s basically Islam without all the violence.
