Employers are starting to use their "values and beliefs" against their employees even when off the clock. This is getting insane. But I will never shut my mouth. I know who BLM really is. I haven't forgotten what they chanted about cops or white people. Their own website shows how anti-American they are. They are a front for the Marxist/Globalist agenda.
Edited to add: Now they are trying to go after my wife. She was just told they are getting a spike of complaints from "customers" (really they are activists) and that she is to act like she is on the clock 24/7. Unreal. No political or insensitive posts.
I noticed a spike in very generic posts relating to race on my local town's Facebook page after the George Floyd incident. The same 3 or 4 people who were never active in the group before would create the post, and then wait for someone to comment in a way that went against their values (i.e., "all lives matter"). Once someone took the bait the same people would engage with the commenter and coerce them to say something that could be taken out of context and portrayed as racist. They would then find the commenter's employer and send them screen shots or post them on the business's Facebook page demanding they be fired. Another member of the local group that I belong to did some research and found they these people belong to another Facebook group that instructs their members to follow this tactic, and then share screen shots of their results. This is an organized operation. Don't take the bait, and remove any references to your employer if you have a social media presence.
