At my work place we have had to take these stupid unbiased training courses for the past couple of years now.
The bottom line is, that it does not matter what your intentions are when you say something to anyone. What matters is how the other person or persons perceive it. So, in other words, if you say or do something that offends another person, whether you meant it that way. You are biased.
