Chinese tends to slur together a bit so it's a bit hard to follow even with subs.
Japanese doesn't have that problem, though I might be a bit biased since I watch anime (not a weeb though), it's also much easier on the ears and not as grating as Chinese can be.
Asshoe countries have asshoe languages, China is an asshoe country, thus it has an asshoe language.
It's not even close Japanese sounds beautiful but Chinese is an angry and jilted language, and i have love for both people but that's the truth.
