I agree with this and I think it goes both ways for lefties and righties. I tried dating Democrats and it just didn’t work. All of them basically hated Christians and America and loved socialism. So smug and full of themselves and acted like they knew everything.

I work in this industry. Not a lot of left leaning folks in this line of work. At least not from what I have experienced and I'm on the coast.
