Just talked to a lady last week here in CA who is moving this weekend with her husband, 2 adult kids and elderly mother to Arkansas. They are all conservatives and have lived here their entire lives. They sold their homes in two weeks, closed their successful business, bought a really nice place by the water for $230k and headed out. Also found out another long time (30 + years) local business owner closed his place and moved to South Dakota this last weekend. I went to his shop to pick up supplies and saw the note on the door. We are seeing this going on every week.
Spoke to a guy Sunday from Atlanta, been there for over 35 years. He's done, he's out. He said it too stressful there and everyone is always on edge. "It's a shit hole."

And its going to become an even bigger shit hole with the non shit people moving out.
A lot of America is going to turn into Detroit in the coming years.
I know some will do the same for Virginia, but i'm gonna stay here and continue fighting for a little while longer.
