In October, Barr/Durham announce no charges for ANYONE. ZIP/NADA/ZILCH/SQUADOOSH. The FBI leakers/the Coup participants/Biden Ukraine & China corruption/the CIA traitors/the Ukraine hoax/the impeachment slander & lies/Hillary's emails/DNC corruption/the real election interference -- NOTHING
Facts don't support indictments/reasonably thought they were doing their jobs/no criminal or malicious intent/but could have used better judgement/rational to investigate everything Trump/doesn't rise to the level/ yada, yada, yada.... Then the Deep State media kicks into 24/7 hyperdrive. NEVER was anything here. Trump is a PARANOID psycho.
No one was out to "get" him!! Trump slandered and disgraced these great American patriots who were MERELY trying to protect the United States!! He fired these people FOR NO REASON except to hear himself say "You're Fired"! CNNBC shall take the media Trump hate/smear machine to heretofore unkown levels! This Trump hating media onslaught continues to November 3.

There are so many snakes ... And so many weak people in elected positions this could certainly happen.
We need an "insurance" plan. There are six States in our Union that allow citizens to petition a to empanel a Grand Jury in each of their counties - that is a whole lot of citizen Grand Juries.
In some states it can be done with as few as 200 signatures. Why are we waiting? We must let them know that we can and will take control out of their hands if they continue to slow walk justice and give passes to plotters and traitors.
Our insurance plan was laid out by the leftists rioting since Trump got elected, and our adherence to the second amendment.

I think more simply, if they cheat and Biden wins, all of this will be flushed down the toilet anyway. Anyone involved will be fired, or worse. IF - big if - Barr is actually looking to serve his country, he'll do it after the election. Too much at stake. Same reason why no one prosecuted Hildog in 2016. The govt is just too corrupted.
Everything is designed to run out the clock until Biden “wins” the election and then, yes, this will all go away and the socialist wave will make sure certain Americans never have a voice for the next five generations.
If Barr charges anyone now, there is no way they'll be convicted and sentenced before the election. Even if they somehow are, they would be pardoned by Biden.
If Barr's DOJ is just working slowly and plans to charge them after the election, all the deepstate has to do is steal another election.
Face it, if these people were going to be facing jail time they'd be in jail already.
There's no need to wait for the report to start indicting people.

If (when?, uh) that happens, we will have no choice but to accept that Justice in America is dead. Completely dead. But, justice itself will still exist and it will demand to be served. The DOJ can still choose justice and I hope they do.

Exactly. If Barr was on our side he'd release convictions of cabal members involved in the coup attempt right before the election. But we already have seen multiple times that Barr is not on our side at all, he covered for Ruby Ridge, he did nothing about voter fraud in past elections, and he will protect his buddy Mueller as well.
I'm not ok with them waiting even one more day.

My theory since day 1 was that Trump made a deal with Hillary.

I've given up trying to explain what's going on. I hope Trump knows if he doesnt succeed, they will throw him in jail after he is out of office, and ruin his entire family. Shit is real life GoT.
