I'd feel the temptation when things aren't going my way but I would do the right thing. If I failed it would weigh heavily on me and I would feel remorse.
It's like cheating in a computer game, you're aware you're doing it at least or you only do it when it's non-competitive.
Sociopaths don't operate like this. A simple test is that rather than operate on equal terms they're more likely to downvote anything they disagree with even when there shouldn't be an overpowering pressure to win.

Some of them get a sense that it's cheating and don't care but some don't even see it like that. That point isn't on their moral compass. It's just another thing you can do to get the result you want that's as valid as any other option. In their mind spam is just a thing to click to make something go away rather than something that's meant to actually be spam.
These sociopaths aren't always obvious. For their lack of an intrinsic morality they often have a kind of shadow morality or a mask. It will be a morality that you can read and learn in a book like you can a cooking recipe which fills in as a disguise for their lack of morality. They do have a sense of self preservation so will stick to within what they can get away with.
In some ways they're more dangerous than sociopaths and psychopaths that aren't able to stay out of jail. They can be or appear to be highly successful. There's some level of not holding yourself back required for success and they can appear to be winners. They're often very good at getting ahead as well as fooling various tests to get into positions of responsibility which to them are positions of power. The harm they're capable of in the wrong position is immeasurable.
Just talking to people here there's a low sociopath quotient like reddit was at the start. Most people are civil and most debates even if they get heated button pushing it kept minimal. Only a very small proportion of users show any kind of detectable signs which usually consist of gaming the system, it's all just a game to win and you do anything toward that goal. There's a sense of fair play instead when you don't have sociopaths not only present but allowed to operate freely or even facilitated in gaming the system to a grossly excessive degree.
Reddit comparatively almost every comment or post gets hit even if it's a fair and valid contribution to the argument with sociopaths swarming around like flies using malicious arguments and anything they can to beat down any dissent.
What you see in this video is very little shame shown. They don't all act like there's anything wrong with it or abnormal about it. These are sociopaths and psychopaths of one form or another.
Get a psychiatrist to look at these videos. Perhaps facebook needs a psychiatrist to screen its employees before hiring them.
