Every garage had them! But when you look at the garage next to his it’s untied in the FBI pic.

With as many pics of those garages that exist... there must be literally hundreds of pics of that thing in prior years.

Just FYI, Talladega has renovated the garage area since 2017. The video from fall 2019 is much better evidence because those are the current garage stalls.

However, the older video does show there were 'nooses' at the track for years and nobody cared until now.
