So what does that actually look like? Eg in my tech company we talk work. There is no wholeness we just talk work. Do I suddenly try to doll out red pills? There needs to be some kind of training. My company (not health or elderly related) recently came out with a mandatory, fireable offense mask policy. I refuse to comply with that, so I am waiting to either get fired or for them to get their bluff called. I am not sure if that is the correct answer to your question since everyone I know in my personal life is telling me I am a complete idiot, but it feels like kneeling to me and I wont do it.
