My company (not health or elderly related) recently came out with a mandatory, fireable offense mask policy. I refuse to comply with that, so I am waiting to either get fired or for them to get their bluff called. I am not sure if that is the correct answer to your question since everyone I know in my personal life is telling me I am a complete idiot, but it feels like kneeling to me and I wont do it.
Good for you, if it helps your case ; the OSHA people released news that mask use violates 'laws and standards' of safe breathing. The story was on here, I think
Thanks. I will. I havnt gotten formally counseled or obviously fired yet, but do get questioned quite a bit, so I am sure I have been snitched on by now. I am actually in construction so that is hilarious you mentioned the OSHA thing, I did not know they put that out, but educated now!

The snitches{ "Je Accussie", pardon my French, of the French Revolution}are out in force-everywhere. Even at my barber shop; some snitch complained to the "Flu Police" about the barber shop- and presto- NO CHAIRS. Go stand out in the parking lot till we call you. At the end of the day the barber has to turn in the names and the 'phone numbers of each customer, in a "Report".Pox on that, I put down the Maine State House telephone number
Since you are in the construction trades finding the OSHA bulletin will be easy for you. Might I suggest getting it NOW, before its needed.
