this type of data points towards an intractable problem. on the one hand i want to say... this isn't helpful, even if it's accurate. on the other hand, if the left wants force diversity and continuously moan about how there aren't enough "black bodies" (which i assume means black people but it's hard to say for sure) in fortune 500 board rooms, it's kind of like... well, can you send me a candidate that deserves to be there? literally everyone is looking for those unicorns.
I wasn't trying to be helpful. What exactly should I be trying to help? I'm being called racist for being born every day and I just want the facts to show that the people saying this are on average the dumbest people in the room. That when they tell me society is stacked against them maybe they need to understand that it's their weakness, not mine.
The common Black Culture is a significant contributing factor by my estimate:
Glorifies violence, being a thug, and violent-strength
Glorifies acquiring wealth through any means but work
Demonizes hard work and being a "normal" (peaceful) citizen
Pushes victim mentality and a lack of responsibility
Most successful blacks tend to do the opposite of all of the above, and achieve success and respect through hard work and a sense of responsibility.
IMO, no matter how much money is poured into black communities, these problems will remain until culture is fixed. These BLM riots have only further encouraged thug-culture and undermined personal responsibility.
Once the BLM hype dies down, nothing will have changed to help blacks. The change instead will be a few more Marxist policies and blacks having reinforced the idea that their violence is justified because "fuck the system that keeps me oppressed." Crime rates of blacks will increase significantly, leading to increased bias against blacks. Racial-equality will be set back about decade (maybe more, it's hard to measure), and more riots will probably occur periodically.

There are a lot of us like that. I was totally down with MLK's dream. I've lost all sympathy at this point and have even begun to think we might be dealing with generally stupid low IQ people. I'd like to see every black person who doesn't love this country shipped off to Africa. Only problem is that Africans don't want them either. Hell they sold them in the first place.

Also, it is narrowed to the ~15-45 age group which accounts for about half of that 7%
Realistically it's about 4% committing over 40% of the murders.
