That's exactly right. Instead of looking at their own behavior (rampant crime, riding dirty, fleeing from police, resisting with violence, never following the simplest of instructions, etc.), their solution is to lower the bar. Simply remove the police. They can't control themselves and live in society, so let's once again lower the bar for them.

They can't live within the confines of the law, so naturally their answer is to stop enforcing the law. The tyranny of low expectations, as always.
