Who is this somebody who would've gotten past security, and not been noticed by anyone there? This wasn't some open area place where anyone can get in and out. How do they even apply that logic
I went on a tour once of one of the NASCAR shops in North Carolina (relative has inside access) and we couldn't even get close to the cars that were not even fully assembled at the time. There is no way somebody could get close enough to pull this "stunt" unless they were an insider on his own crew.
That was my first thought too...that somebody could have just cut that off and threw it on his car or something. But the part that doesn't make that stick is how the neighboring garage's rope pull was manipulated. Somebody had untied the knot from the next-door garage and straightened out the rope, so that it no longer resembled a noose. The only reason somebody would do that would be an attempt to deceive, so that somebody (NASCAR, FBI, etc) wouldn't notice that it's identical to the "noose". If you were trying to intimidate Bubba or "send him a message", no way in hell you change the appearance of the rope in the next garage.
Honest people love when you ask for evidence. They go "I'm so glad you asked. Look at this!"
Dishonest people don't want you to see any evidence, like this picture of how every bay at Talladega has a hand loop tied in it to help close the door except for Wallace's bay, where it has been cut off and presumably tossed somewhere in the garage where it was later found and used to fuel cries of hate crimes.
That's the kind of thing honest people want you to see but dishonest people try to hide.
The first thought any halfway reasonable person would have is what asshole cut the pull rope.
what is this a noose for ants?
Amazing!!! Black ants matter!
The antifa asswipes get to be the fire ants. 🔥

“I’m glad you asked that question. Let’s find the person that cut the loop down and ask them why they did what they did.” Problem solved.
Shouldn't you be busy running cuck-fil-a?
This is Chickfila Country!
Have you seen bubbas neck? That might hang a squirrel at best.
