That if this was a real noose (for what fucking purpose would it serve to put it there to intimidate someone is beyond me), then NASCAR would have provided full HD security camera footage showing it being put there because these are facilities with 10s of millions of dollars of equipment and cars! Not to mention that these places must have a bevy of security staff.
After 24 hours, and they have not released so much as a video still?
Oh they are puckering for the collapse and are just trying to get the PR right before it goes in dry.
