As much as they are still, arguably, a misguided and pointless pastime that wastes time that could be used productively elsewhere (though I suppose the same could be said about any pastime!), they tried this on video games before they tried it on anything else. It worked at first, with unprecedented full-court-press attacks on how both the industry and its consumers as racist, XYZophobic, misogynist, etc., and there are plenty of BLM Gay Trans Otherkin POC Allies that wormed their way into the industry, but although the battles are largely waged on unnamed server chat threads and mongolian basket-weaving forums, gamers did fight back, and continue to do so, and culturally, they're winning.
It's actually pretty uplifting to see multiple generations all unified in hating, trolling, and terrorizing pozzed leftist bullshit in gaming just because, in the now canonical /pol unofficial motto, it's funny and we were bored.
You bring up good points. I guess I would say average Americans are probably going to have to shift from a more leisure posture to a defend your neighborhood one. Maybe spend more time doing things in the community, I don't know the answer but I do know leftists will destroy everything they can as you point out.
When instant communication and fast travel began to functionally "shrink" the country and increased the flow of people and information after WW2, it engendered the creation of a much more greatly unified culture. However, as we now know, that culture is operated and shaped by forces that are now almost totally under the sway of those who would see the US fall, primarily as a military power, partially to enact Marxist utopian power fantasies (and for a variety of other distasteful reasons).

I think people would benefit greatly from abandoning many of these false trappings of modernity, the billion-viewer TV mega-hit shows (and their brainwashing commercials), the mega sports franchises, and so on.
Psychologists (that aren't, you know, (((psychologists))), and instead try to do real mathematically-rigorous examination) have suggested that humans are wired for smaller communities of ~150 substantive connections with family and acquaintances. Everyone benefits when those connections are local and interactions, substantive.
Sadly, I live a huge far-left city, so this is a challenge for me. I also have a skillset suited primarily for work found in huge, far-left cities (I did not think that through).
I hope you can find something that will enable you to feel comfortable in your community. The truth is with rare exceptions TD has really helped me keep my sanity considering I live in a blue state. Suffice it to say conservatives must get organized and mobilized, I'm just uncertain how we do that
