I’ll defend Brian on some level. The guy was silver spoon and spoiled. But the movement to make the sport national was before his time and was made by a bunch of blow dried college boys who got his old man’s ear. Brian just didn’t have the touch to run a company like nascar because he grew up wine and cheese and had no understanding of the beer and hot dog crowd.
