Our police forces are utterly compromised by leftist virtue signallers at best, outright Marxists at worst.
A worryingly large amount of ordinary officers are mindless automatons who rigidly enforce whatever petty rules they are told to, escalating everything to a hate crime whenever they can. They are not intelligent or moral people. This guy absolutely nails what I am talking about
The so-called 'good' ones stand by and do nothing.
This needs to be dealt with before anything else.
But seriously, what can they do without losing their jobs or being punished? There are enemies in the public in front of them and their own organizations and governments are their enemies as well.
I get what you are saying but what they are doing is evil and oppressive and they have a duty to stand against it or they have no right to wear the uniform. Innocent people are having their freedoms stripped away whilst they stand idly by or, as is more frequent lately, join in. Cowardice is not an acceptable excuse.
We are getting dangerously close to "I was just following orders" here.
I would suggest we add "But I would have lost my job if I spoke out" to the list of justifications for evil that must never be accepted.
