I was a 5’10” 212 blob with a 78 BPM resting heart rate and hyper tension like blood pressure last year. Hooked up with a bad ass trainer who knows what’s up. Power lifting and Tabata 3xs a week. I also do hot yoga 2-3x’s a week and ride my bike about 150 miles a week. In my 50’s and now weigh 178 and am 11% body fat. I have a resting heart rate of 54 BPM and normal blood pressure. My abs show better than they ever have, arms are nice and ropey and have rock hard erections (from deep squats AKA legal squats) I eat less but I’m ok with it because my stomach has shrunk and I can’t pound the food down like I used to. I don’t do keto and I do eat what I like. I eat a nice rib eye 1-2 x’s a month but I eat a lot fish now too along with veggies. Fortunately I don’t really like junk/fast food. I feel stronger than I ever have as an adult. My balance and quick twitch movement is back.

If our elected representatives refuse to take action on our behalf, well. At that point, even the most reasonable individual may be forced into unreasonable action.
In the mean time, though, start a class action lawsuit against Twitter. Crowdfund and beg for donations to get by. Do whatever it takes to keep the lawsuit going. Take reasonable action until all reasonable paths have been closed.
No website has ever been blocked or throttled by a us ISP, and never will, for various reasons, but mostly having to do with copyright and child porn. (If you can block site "x", then you can block these ip's hosting copyrighted/kiddie material. Since you didn't, it's time to.sue!)
It all comes back to their control over the education of American children. Public and higher education. We'll be fighting our own country's children forever until we completely free all education from government influence.
They get protections under 230 that other publishers do not enjoy. 230 should be abolished, or protections rescinded for companies that are not actually neutral platforms.

Is there any doubt left that Twitter's upper management is coordinating with domestic and foreign powers to weaken our nation? They as individuals need to be investigated. In fact, we need to bring back HUAC to root out the infiltrators and subversives all through our society. Enough of this shit.

We need to go after these tech thugs with every last tool at the govt’s disposal while we have control of those tools. Not just going after them as a publisher rather than an open forum, but the IRS, civil rights, anti trust, etc. and don’t stop there, but go after their CEO’s and other corporate officers personally. Dig into their lives to see if they are up to date on the real estate taxes, car tabs, child support, and everything else including following them around and giving them speeding tickets if their McLaren goes 1mph over the limit.
