I would say shutting Twitter down would be the wrong move. I would argue a compelling, liberal, case could be made here. Just think about this for one moment.

Twitter should be forced to open source.

I'd rather the company was RICO'd and their foreign operatives exposed, gitmo'd, and then their foreign investors permanently expelled from our financial system. Pending that, they should be forced to open source.

FEC! Give everyone with ANY executive or editorial power there the D' Souza treatment. These are CLEARLY aimed at the president in am election year.

FCC and FTC have authority also. There's a whole alphabet of agencies that could. Even the NSA under national emergency messaging capability could do it. Or the army for goodness sake, commander in chief of national arm forces cannot be blocked on public safety or public order messaging.

Jack needs to be under investigation for rest of his life.
