At the exact same time (January 2017), some nobody in Kentucky who merely posted a hope DJT would have a heart attack had her life ruined : She was a "burlesque performer" who had a day job and she lost both. Bombing the WH is an active threat ;posting a hope something bad will happen naturally to someone is completely passive and IMO not at all an actual threat, but the burlesque dancer was the one who faced consequences for her online comments, not Madonna, who made her comments in front of an adoring crowd.
