That would break the whole internet. You can't have a rogue DNS server, that's not how it works. That would break the whole internet. If the feds seize your domain, it's seized across all DNS providers.
It would change in the root name server. If Google doesn't update to match other DNS servers will stop recognizing them as authoritative.
