I'd rather have loud fights about what gun oil to use than whatever the fuck the loonie left is doing. I feel like this is a tomato tomahto argument we're having.
What I’d really like to see is some level of ‘official’ legal protection for citizens to defend themselves and their public spaces.
Right now one side is running wild, violent, and out of control, and the other side gets the book thrown at them if they even cast a sideways glance in the wrong direction.
20 years of mid-east war prove you can’t win a ‘stand-up fight’ against a determined and lawless enemy with your shoelaces tied together and ‘shiny buttons’ your primary concern — at best you lose slowly.
At some point conservatives will act. It won’t be pretty or fun for anyone, it will be a messy field amputation without anesthetic, but if it’s not lawfully accomplished, it will be a long, long and dark affair.
Barr and Trump are pretty much our last chance to get it done lawfully, or we’ll be 3 years fashionably late arrivals into a Marxist/Islamic overthrow block party, and a bunch of severely ‘irregular’ militias and extremists will be the defacto opposition leadership.
