It was not a noose placed there to racially intimidate anyone. But I keep thinking, so what if it was? I wouldn't agree with it - I would think it was a really shitty thing to do, but good lord there are a lot of shitty people out there who might do things like that and I can't stop them. They are not the majority, and their actions don't condemn the entire white race. That being said, incidents of someone actually doing what Bubba suggests are extremely rare and really not worth any attention. They're trying to sell the lie that every Trump supporter would love to put him in a noose.
