Yes we can easily overcome the gap but only with the complete shutdown of immigration and migration. Thats when the problem started by importing in those who will have 5 ~10 kids per woman. The way we handled immigration up to that point worked. A strict quota system was in place. You couldnt have too much of X or Y.
A new system is in need. One I keep suggesting would be tying it to national birth rates then reduce it down to .05% and only .05% of our Births every year. So if we had 3.8 million births, only 190,000 qualified papers will be issued and only 190,000. That means HB1 will also suck up the number. So if the Crony Chamber of Commerce decides to eat that number up for HB1 visas. That means every immigrant in the US who has a green card will be denied for renewal and every immigrant coming in will be shown the door.
Pretty much, use the greed of companies to keep immigrants out through HB1 visas. Also if states violate the order (Mainly CA) they will lose all monetary support from the feds for the next 10 years for the violation.
Eventually the idea is to systematically lower that percentage to near zero at the end...but with anything baby steps are needed (next step would be elimination of HB-1 tbh)
I think Trump is setting up the stage to eliminate all immigration as he has suspended h1b and many other visas till the end of the year with the caveat it might go on longer and he did it in the name of helping American workers. People who receive more free money/welfare from the government than they pay in taxes, carry no responsibility, but have authority to vote. How many studies have to come out that show that when people receive something for free, they do not take care of it? Yes we can easily overcome the gap but only with the complete shutdown of immigration and migration. Thats when the problem started by importing in those who will have 5 ~10 kids per woman. Turleys numbers rely on the fact that once the first set of kids is out of the migrant woman the kids themselves stop having them and are like everyone else. But mass immigration and migration ensures a constant stream of new women who have the required 5~10 kids to flip the demographics in the next couple of decades. I'm a low income Republican, not because the system has screwed me over but because I prioritize my free time and happiness to a higher income. I make enough for what I need and what I want. I own my home, own my vehicle, don't have any credit cards, and have a nice amount of money in the bank and also a money market I rotate every year for the bonuses. Absolute minimalist fiscal conservatism in every aspect of my life.
I could afford to raise one child, but asking me to raise 3 or 4 is completely outside my means without compromising my own fiscal choices. a high MPG compact and a 800 sq foot (1000 with the garage) house is enough for me and my wife, it wouldn't be for 6 people. This isn't even considering our emotional desires.

The way we handled immigration up to that point worked. A strict quota system was in place. You couldnt have too much of X or Y.
A new system is in need. One I keep suggesting would be tying it to national birth rates then reduce it down to .05% and only .05% of our Births every year. So if we had 3.8 million births, only 190,000 qualified papers will be issued and only 190,000. That means HB1 will also suck up the number. So if the Crony Chamber of Commerce decides to eat that number up for HB1 visas. That means every immigrant in the US who has a green card will be denied for renewal and every immigrant coming in will be shown the door.
Pretty much, use the greed of companies to keep immigrants out through HB1 visas. Also if states violate the order (Mainly CA) they will lose all monetary support from the feds for the next 10 years for the violation.
Eventually the idea is to systematically lower that percentage to near zero at the end...but with anything baby steps are needed (next step would be elimination of HB-1 tbh)
I think Trump is setting up the stage to eliminate all immigration as he has suspended h1b and many other visas till the end of the year with the caveat it might go on longer and he did it in the name of helping American workers. How many studies have to come out that show that when people receive something for free, they do not take care of it? Diversity is just code for more black/brown people. That's ALL they mean. They hate every other kind of diversity, especially diversity of thought.
And ONLY white countries are expected to be "culturally enriched" by black people. No one ever suggests that Africa is too African, Mexico is too Mexican, or Japan is too Japanese. White countries belong to everyone, apparently, but everyone else is allowed to have borders.

The politicians up here in Canada love to say “our strength is our diversity!”, as if there’s some inherent strength in a diversity of people. That’s like saying having a school class full of diverse learners: some smart, some dumb, is a good thing; having some dumb people is a strength? What?!
Reminds me of a Jamaican kid I used to work with who would say the most heinous shit about Haitians... but then whined about the kid from the boonies of Indiana giving him the same lip.

Martin Luther King Junior was supurb in saying we should judge by the content of our character, I wish we could live in the truly colorblind society he imagined.
It is the height of irony that black people today absolutely want to be judged by their skin and not their character. MLK would probably despise who these BLM thugs are. He didn't have much patience for shitbags like that.
MLK Jr. required that protestors be turned away if they were not dressed in a coat and tie for men and a dress or skirt for women and they asked questions such as if we are beaten by the police, then will you turn the other cheek and remain peaceful? I believe Booker T. Washington and Ida B. Wells would also be ashamed and shake their heads in wonder!
So what's the advice to those of us in corporate America where the corporation decides to drink and serve the Kool Aid?
You can always climb the corporate ladders. When you are in the power, you can always fire and replace every Leftists. It will take time, though.
That's not very practical advice for those of us that are still in the ranks and don't have much in the way of managerial experience >.>
